摘 要:穿流式波纹板塔自问世以来,因其结构简单,处理量大而引人注目,但因其传质效率偏低且性能未被充分掌握而在推广上受到限制。作者在分析的基础上提出了非均匀开孔穿流式波纹板塔的构想并对这种新塔板进行了系统的塔板水力学和传质性能的实验研究。实验结果表明,这种改进型的塔的传质效果与筛板塔相近,并保留了结构简单,处理量大的优点,其操作弹性能满足生产需要,有较好的工业实用价值。本文只涉及水力学研究的部分。Uniformly perforated ripple tray has caught wide favour since its development for its simpie structure and large capacity,but it cannot find wider applications because of the lack of knowledge of its characteristics owing to the insufficient experiment data published.On the basis of analysis,the authors proposed an improved design of ripple tray,which has non-uniform perforations.Experiments have been carried out to investigate the hydraulic and mass transfer characteristics of these new plates.The results show that this improved tray has the following advantages:hish mass transfer efficiency,simple structure,large capacity and sufficient operating flexibility to meet thenceds of production.
