摘 要:1990~1992年对南京、徐州、连云港和淮阴市的大棚蔬菜寄生线虫的种类和发生进行了调查.从采集的382份上样和163份根样中共分离得到8属13种寄生线虫.其中.南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)、肾形肾线虫(Rotylenchulusreniformis)、双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchusdihystera)和甘蓝矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchusbrassicae)分布较广.田间群体密度也较高.南方根结线虫在各采样区中均有发生,可侵染绝大多数现有的蔬菜栽培种类,重病田株发病率达80%~90%,是目前江苏大棚蔬菜生产上面临的最主要的病原线虫.During 1990~1992, investigations were carried out on parasitic nematodes of vegetables growing in plastic houses in Nanjing, Xuzhou, Lianyungang and Huaiyin municipalities, Jiangsu Province. Thirteen species of eight genera were extracted from 382 soil and 163 root samples collected. Of these, Meloidogyne incognita, Rotylenchulus renformis. Helicotylenchus dihystera and Tylenchorhynchus brassicae were frequently recovered with relatively high population densities in the house fields. M. incognita occurred in all the sampling localities, and was found capable of infecting most of the vegetable species investigated, with disease incidence reaching as high as 80%~90% in heavily infeCted fields, thus constituting the greatest nematode threat to the current plastic house vegetable production in Jiangsu Province.
