摘  要:对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)土壤非介体传播的试验结果表明,土壤非介体传播是CMV传播的新途径,不同作物间的传播效率有差异,一般CMV传入根部后多数地上部不表现症状,但根系生长明显受到影响。文章还分析了CMV能够以土壤非介体方式传播的原因。The experiments of non-vectored soil transmission were carried out and the results showed cucumber mosaic virus could be transmitted from infected root debris to healthy plants,and that most of the vinous were confined to roots and couldn't be spread tO leaves.The efficiency of non-vectored soil transmission was different among different plant species.Although. most of the transmitted plants had no symptoms,but the growth of roots were seriously infected.The mechanism for non-vectored transmission was discussed.
