摘  要:测定了8头太湖猪(二花脸)分娩后一周奶中乳糖和蛋白质浓度,并用电泳胶扫描法定量其各种蛋白组分。结果显示,脱脂奶中蛋白质浓度随泌乳进行而降低,乳糖浓度变化与之呈反相关(r=-0.868,P<0.01)。分娩后第1d免疫球蛋白(Igs)最高,之后急剧下降。但分娩后前4dIgs浓度,以及一周内总酪蛋白(tCN),α-乳清蛋白(α-LA)和β-乳球蛋白(β-LG)的浓度,前3d清蛋白(SA)和乳铁蛋白(LF)的浓度都显著高于相应组分在第20d的浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在20头二花脸和16头杂交猪(大白×二花脸)奶中观察到a,b和d三种特异高分子量蛋白,并有b,d,a+b,b+d和a+d等5种类型,其中b+d类型猪占实验二花脸猪的80%。Erhualian pigs were used in this experiment to determine the concentration of lactose and protein in milk and to analyse milk protein componentS by scanning electrophoretic gel during a week after parturition.The concentration of protein in skim milk seemed to decline with lactation, while the level of lactose changed in a reverse way(r=-0.868,P<0.01).Igs concentration was highest at day 1,then sharply decreased,but its concentration in the first 4 days, total CN,α-LA,β-LG within a week as well as SA,LF in the first 3 days were much higher than their corresponding components at day 20 (P<0.05 or P<0.01).3 kinds of variant HMW protein of milk,a,b and d were observed among 20 Erhualian and 16 cross breed pigs,and there were b,d,a+b,b+d and a+d,5types, b+d of which accounted for 80% Erhualian pigs investigated.
