摘  要:本文报导了超导桥微波感应电压现象的实验研究。实验所使用的样品为Y系和T1系块材及膜材超导桥。微波源工作在x波段,桥结与微波之间是磁耦合方式,实验中观测到最大微波感应电压值为600μV。实验结果与低Tc材料的逆交流Josephson效应理论相符。In the paper some experimental observation and investigation on microwave induced voltage across the high Tc superconducting bridge samples,which were made of superconducting bulk or thick film were reported. Microwave worked in X band. The couple between bridge junction and microwave was in magnetic way. In the experiment microwave induced voltage of 600 μV,which corresponed to 30 Shapiro steps,was observed. The experimental results were consistent with theoretical analysis on the inverse a. c Josephson effect for low Tc superconducting bridge.
