几种胡椒基羧酸酯降血脂作用的研究

摘　　要：对合成的四种含胡椒基结构的衍生物进行了实验动物的降血脂研究。结果显示，分子结构中只含有一个胡椒基团的衍生物具有明显的降低血清胆固醇作用，而降甘油三脂作用不明显；合有两个胡椒基团的衍生物对胆固醇和甘油三脂均有明显的降低作用，但降胆固醇作用弱于只含有一个胡椒基团的衍生物。何以有此种差别，有待于进一步研究证实。Thc function of four synthesized compounds of piperonyl group in decreasein hyperlipidem ia of test rats was studied. The results showed that the derivatives con-taining one piperonyl group could reduce the total cholesterol (TC)very significantly,buttiglyceride(TG)no t obviously.The compounds containing two piperonyl groups couldreduce the TC and TG remarkable,but their lowering TC isn't obviously than the com-pounds containing one piperonyl,The difference needs to be studied further.
