摘 要:采用一台小型多缸柴油机在水池中进行了水下排气噪声的实验研究,观察管口排气流出状态,比较稳定排气与脉动排气,以及排气系统中有、无消声器时,水下排气噪声在各频域的谱特征与规律。结果表明,水下排气噪声是由管内脉动经管口向水中辐射噪声、形成气泡、上浮和破碎噪声及水面飞溅噪声组成。在水下排气噪声中,管内脉动经管口向水中辐射起着重要作用,它不仅控制着低频线谱的幅值,而且影响气泡流离开管口时的初始状态和中、高频的水噪声。降低水下排气噪声的有效途径之一是衰减管内的排气脉动。In this paper, the experimental studies of noise generatcd from submerged eallaust exit were done in a water pool the characteristics of submerged exhaust noise were compared between submerged steady and unsteady exhaust, and between eallaust systerms with and without a muffler in freqeuncy region by spectrum analysis.The results show that the submerged exhaust noise should consist of noise radiated by eallaust pulsation in duct from submerged exhaust exit, noise of bubble forming, floating and breaking, and splash noise on the free surface. The first term plays a main part in the submerged exhaust noise, not only governs thc amplitude of the line spectrum in the low frequency region but also affects the initial state of bubble flow left out the submerged exhaust exit and the noisc spctrum amplitude in the middle and the high frequency region. One of the effictive measures to reduce the submerged exhaust noise of the diesel engine is to attenuate the exhaust pulsaticn in duct.
