四种遗传距离测定方法之比较研究

摘  要:以13个玉米自交系及其按完全双列杂交配制的78个单交种为材料,比较了刘来福主成分法、刘垂玗主成分法、枢轴凝聚法和Cervantes法等四种遗传距离测定方法所得的遗传距离间的相关系数,聚类结果、遗传距离与产量杂种优势和杂种产量的关系,结果表明,主成分法比枢轴凝聚法更优,刘来福主成分法与刘垂玗主成分法所得结果相似,Cervanfes法最差。The distance measures of Liu Laifu's (1979) and Liu chuyu's (1985) and C.R.Rao's (1952) and T.S.Cervantes's (1978) were compared in maize, the materials of which consisted of thirteen inbred lines and their seventy-eight single crosses in a diallel mating design, without reciprocals. The results show that the distance measures or Liu Laifu's (1979) and Liu chuyu's(1985) are both optimal, and their results are almost the same while Cervantes and others' distance measures are the worst.
