摘　　要：乙氰菊酯是一种新型菊酯类杀虫剂．以甲苯为助溶剂的水溶液，对草履虫的半致死浓度为１６．３ｍｇ／ｌ；以丙酮为助溶剂的水溶液对草履虫的半致死浓度为２４．０ｍＧ／ｌ。建议在实际应用乙氰菊酯农药时以丙酮代替甲苯做助溶剂为好。The toxicities of cycloprothrin dissolved in wa-ter with toluene and acetone as cosolvent separately on paramecium were tested .The results show the LC_(50) of cyclo-prothrin to paramecium caudutum is about 16.3mg/ l,while it is dissolved in water with toluene as cosolvent,or 24.0mg /l Whilt it is dissolved in water with acetone as cosolvent,It is suggested that acetone is better than toluene when cyclopro-thrin is applied.
