摘 要:在谷粒内部水分扩散模拟的基础上,用谷粒内部水分扩散模型代替薄层方程用于干燥工艺的模拟,解决了有缓苏过程的复杂干燥工艺的模拟问题。通过模拟结果与实验结果的比较发现,本文建立的圆筒形循环式谷物干燥机模拟模型的精度已达到了模拟分析的要求,可以用来对干燥机进行性能分析和参数优化。Recirculating circular grain dryers in which grain is reciculated by a vertical auger and air-flow is in radial direction are widely used as on-farm grain dryers. In this paper,the diffu-sion models were used to simulate the recirculating circular grain dryer, so the combined dry-ing process (drying and tempering) can be simulated , whereas the traditional thin layer mod-els can only simulate the drying stage. And the grain throughput and air velocity changes ineach thin layer of grain were also considered in the models.A comparison between the simu-lated values and the experimental values showed that the maximum difference in the moisturecontent of grain and the air temperature were 2%and 12%respectively.Effects of structureparameters and hot air parameters on the performance of recirculating grain dryer were ana-lyzed through experiments and simulation.
