摘  要:对制冷系统的热力学过程作了深入分析;基于制冷系统运行实验和经验,提出变蒸发温度的优化控制方案;基于数值逼近理论,提出库温的智能控制算法。文中提出的方法应用于精度要求高但采用简单的位式执行器的果蔬冷库微机控制系统,取得了令人满意的效果。In this paper, the thermodynamics process of the refrigeration system is analysed. For the optimal control of the refrigeration system, the important way is how to choose optimal evaporation temperature, condensation temperature and the wind quantity of the evaporator blower. An optimal scheme changing the evaporation temperature in the light of operating mode is proposed. A new prediction algorithm is proposed. The on-line prediction only requires a dot product of the vectors. A new intelligent control algorithm for the cold storage is proposed. The scheme was successfully applied to the fruit and vegetable cold storage computer control system using stapping executive bodys. The practical result shows that the energy consumption is economized and the undulation of temperature is reduced. And also the storage quality is improved.
