摘 要:对静电喷粉植保机具中的荷电气固两相流流场进行了理论和实验研究,分析了荷电粉粒的受力状况,建立了荷电粉粒的运动方程,并对其求解、给出了具体算例。用激光多普勒技术测量了充电区域中粉粒的速度场,将计算结果和测量结果进行了对比,二者比较接近。此结果可用于指导喷粉机具的设计与计算。The electrostatic charged two phase flow field produced by a duster used in plant protection was theoretically and experimentally analyzed and investigated. Based on the analysis of the forces acting on the dust particles in a two phase flow, its kinetic equation was established and the general solution of this equation was given. The calculation of the powder velocity field produced by a practical duster was demonstrated. At the same time, this field was measured by a Laser Doppler anemometer. The calculated results and the measured data were reasonably met each other.
