新杀菌剂叶青双对鹌鸽的毒性研究

摘　　要：本文研究了灌胃和饲料染毒叶青双对鹌鹤的急性和亚急性毒性。试验结果表明：叶青双对雌、雄性的急性经口ＬＤ＿５０分别为３５７８和２９６０ｍｇ／Ｌｇ，属低毒农药。使鹌鸦消瘦和对脑及全血胆碱酯酶的影响可能是叶青双的主要作用形式。叶青双对产蛋率有可逆性抑制作用，对脏器系数无影响。本研究认为，叶青双在实际使用条件下对鸟类不具急性和亚急性毒作用。AbstractThe study was carried out to investigate the toxicity of a new fungicide(Yie Qing Shuang)in Japanese Quail.The LC_50 were 2963 and 3578 ing/kgto the male and female respectively. The fungicide affected the mean bodyweight, the whole blood and brain cholinesterase activity,the egg produc-tion and average egg weight at high concentration of the compound,buthad no effect on food consumption and organ coefficient.The results sho-wed that the toxicity of Yie Qing Shuang was very low tO JapaneseQuail
