化工厂环境氟污染及其对耕牛的影响

摘　　要：武汉某化工厂以萤石为原料主要生产氟里昂等化工产品，生产过程中，含氟“三废”不断污染周围环境。污染区空气氟含量达０．２９７ｍｇ／ｍ￣３，近厂区（５０－５００ｍ）草氟含量达１３１．８４ｍｇ／ｋｇ，远厂区（５００－１０００ｍ）草氟含量达４０．２６ｍｇ／ｋｇ，地面水氟含量达３．９１ｍｇ／Ｌ，当地蔬菜枯萎死亡，耕牛发生慢性氟中毒。污染区耕牛骨质密度显著增加，某些血清生化指标发生明显改变，氟斑牙患病率达５６％，并呈现间歇性跛行。跛行发病率以夏秋季最高且病情较重，冬季逐渐减轻或消失。Abstract The environment pollution by fluoride from a chemical plant in Wu- han producing freon and other chemicals containing fluoride was investi- gated.Straw fluoride content was 131。84mg/kg in the field from 50m to 500m from the plant and 40.26mg/kg from 500m to 1000m. The fluoride in thc air was 0.297mg/m￣3 and in the surface water Was 3.91mg/L in the pollut- ed area,Near the plant,vegetables withered or died and the farm cattles showed chronic fluorosis,The bone density of the farm cattles increased and some biochemical indexes in the serum of the cattles changed signifi- cantly. 56% of the farm cattles stito got mottled teeth.The farm cattles showed inter mittent limp,which was serious in summer and autunm and become better or disappeared in winter.
