农机链传动的可靠性设计

摘　　要：按照农机链工况的特点，提出了对农机链传动进行可靠性设计时的前提条件，论证了以链条疲劳可靠性作为链传动可靠性评定指标的理由，选定了具体进行链传动可靠性计算的方法。文中首次为读者提供了计算链传动可靠性的实例。According to the character of agricultural machine the paper puts forward premise require-ments of chain drive reliability design of agricultural machine. The premise requirements arethe set condition given by drive of middle or low speed with bad lubrication,the set time giv-en by about 1500 hours,the set function given by 1.1 times of chain rating power. On thebasis of requirements the paper dernonstrates that the reliable life of chain drive is decided bychain fatigue although the fatigue and wear-elongation of chain are two main fauIt types. Sothe reliability index is chain fatigue only.The paper points out that for making reliability de-sign of chain drive,it must have the values of t_0 and βwhich fit own performance and workconditions of chain product.Now the values of t_0 and β can be got from test only.The paperprovides the calculation method of chain drive reliability.It is the first time that the papergives an example of chain drive reliability calculation.
