猕猴桃组织培养中细胞分裂的研究

摘　　要：经对硬毛猕猴桃(Actinidia Chinensis Planch.)栽培品种海瓦德(Hayward)叶块愈伤组织生长及形态发生中细胞分裂的研究证实:①在适宜的培养条件下,生长中心和生长层的细胞分裂十分活跃,细胞分裂与生长的周期性是明显的;②只观察到多种方式的无丝分裂。在细胞核分裂中,子核异型、物质“丢失”和细胞质分配不均等现象都较普遍。Through the study of the cell division in leaf lump's callus growth and in the morphogenesis of Hayward—a culture breed of Actinidia Chinensis Planch, we have proved 1 )under suitable culture conditions the cell division at the growth centre and in the growth layer is extremely active,the cell division and the growth cycle are evident, 2) only a avriety of amitosis, is observed.During the course of nuclear division the phenomena such as the different types of daughter nuclei, the loss of nuclear matter and the unbalanced distribution of the cell cytoplasm are comparatively common.
