皮炎湿疹类皮肤病斑贴试验69例分析

摘　　要：本文对６９例皮炎湿疹类患者以１９项２６种抗原进行斑试，结果表明４８小时阳性率６０．９％，７２小时总阳性率４０．６％。４０例具有过敏素质者阳性率为６７．５％，提示本法是寻找本组疾病致敏原的可靠方法，其主要致敏原是对苯二胺１２例、香料（含Ｉ、Ⅱ）１０例、橡胶（含Ｉ、Ⅱ）９例、重铬酸钾７例及硫酸镍４例。This article determined 69 cases patients with Dermatitis and Eczema by patch test(including nineteen items twenty-six kinds antigens).The result showed the positive reactions in 48 hours were 60.99%,the positive reactions in 72 hours were 40.6% the positive reactions in 40 cases patients with the allergy quality were 67.5%,It suggested that the method was relable to seareh the allergens of the group of diseases, and the main allergens were Paraphenylenediamine l2 cases,Perfume (including I,Ⅱ)10 cases,mibber(including I,Ⅱ)9 cases,Kalium Bichromicum 7 cases and Nickel Sulfalte 4 cases.
