重型渗出性多形红斑110例临床分析

摘　　要：重型渗出性多形红斑是一种发病急的严重病症，皮肤粘膜广泛损害，同时有内脏改变。我院近１０年内收治１１０例，药物过敏所致者８４例（７６．３６％），体温在３９℃以上８５例（７７．２７％），皮损以水疱大疱为主６５例（５９．１０％），口腔和外阴粘膜同时损害９３例（８４．５５％），内脏有改变１０４例（９４．５５％）。Severe exudative multiform erythema isakind of acute;and serios syndrome with extenslve damage in the dormatomucosa and changes in the internal organs.Ii is not easy to make a favouable prognosis and needs positivo treatmont the department admltted 110 patients with this kind of diseass(Male:51; Felnale:59).Causes of incidence were ilentified as drug:annphylactic rea ction:84 cases, rated as 76.36%. Temperature:85 ca se with a temperature above 39℃, rated:at 77.27%. Dermal daimage:65 case with blisters or bullous,rated at 59.10%. Mucosel damage in the mouth of va:93 oases,rated at 84.55%, Changes in the internal:104 cases,rated at 94.55%.
