摘　　要：本文对低碘值（１６０以下）鱼油制造亚硫酸化鱼油的工艺条件进行探讨。低碘值鱼油经过预处理除去粘质、蛋白质等杂质，然后进行环氧化，再以三硫酸氢钠进行三气酸化。所得亚硫酸化鱼油经加脂应用试验表明成革具有手感丰满柔软，油性足无油腻感，丝光感强，耐电解质性强等特点。he process conditions under which the preparations of the sulfitedfish oil with the aid of fish oil of lower iodine value below 160 tookplace,have been studied in this paper. The pretreatment,for the pur-pose of removing impurities,such as viscous substances,proteins and soon,of fish oil with lower iodine value,followed by the epoxidation,andfinally the sulfitation with sodium hydrpgensulfite leaded to the titeproduct,whose abilities have been demonstrated to impart leathersfatliquored with it many best properties,such as soft,full,found hands,better silky feels,and best stabilities to electrolytes,however,withoutany greasy effects.
