对液固色谱保留值方程的系统考察

摘　　要：本文对目前已有的几种典型的液固色谱保留值方程加以综述,并采用统计热力学的方法,从色谱热力学的基本假设入手得出液固色谱过程中流动相组成与K′关系的一般方程,且将其系统化。结果表明,本文的一般方程能够全面地反映各因素对流动相组成与K′关系的影响。In this paper the retention value relationships to some former model theory are investigated. In accordance with statistical thermodynaics and the elementary hypothesis of chromatography thermodynamics, the general relationship between retention value and mobile phase composition is derived. The results show our general relationship can not only systematize model theories, but also comprehensively reflect the effect facts.
