摘　　要：本文运用由统计热力学方法导出的、用于二元流动相的色谱保留值方程为基础,对液谱死时间测定方法加以研究,并通过实验对理论结果加以论证,实验结果与理论结果吻合得很好.In this paper the measurement method of liquid colour spectrum dead time is investigated based on the retention equation yielded according to the staistical thermodynamics method. It has been proved by experiment. The result shows that the theory has tallied with the experiment very well.
