摘　　要：浸渗处理是解决汽车铸件渗漏的一个简便而有效的方法。目前居主流地位的四种浸渗方法是：真空浸渗、真空加压浸渗、内部加压浸渗和吸入浸渗。浸渗剂有无机系复合硅酸盐系浸渗剂和有机系丙烯酸树脂厌氧胶浸渗剂。结合生产实际，介绍了最新的浸渗工艺。Infiltration process is one of the simple, convenient and effective methods to solve seepage provlem of automotive castings. There are four infiltration treaments as the main trend at the present: Vacuum infiltration, pressurized vacuum infiltration. Meanwhile, two sorts of infiltration agents,inorganic compound silicates and organic acrylic resin anaerobic gel can be used. In this paper the newest infiltration process is presented with the production practice.
