外腔输出的连续波化学氧碘激光器

摘　　要：研制了一台采用外腔输出的小信号增益为１．６×１０￣（－３）ｃｍ￣（－１）的连续波化学氧碘激光器，在氯流率为３０ｍｍｏｌ／ｓ，Ｉ＿２流率为０．３ｍｍｏｌ／ｓ，腔压为２００Ｐａ时首次获得了半外腔１７８ｗ和中外腔７０．４Ｗ的１．３１５μｍ高功率线偏振光输出。We developed a CW chemical oxygen iodine laser using extracavity power outputwhich has obtained small signal gain 1.6 × 10￣(-3)cm￣(-1).Under the conditions that the Cl_2 flow rate is30 mmol/s, the I_2 flow rate is 0.3 mmol/s and the cavity pressure is 200Pa,the power outputsof linear polarigation light were obtained from the experimental data:maximum values of poweroutput of 178W at the half extracavity,and 70.4W at the full extracavity, respectively.
