新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗前后脑动脉血流速的检测

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）治疗前后脑动脉血流速进行检测，并与正常对照组进行比较。结果表明，ＨＩＥ病儿治疗后各检测参数较治疗前均明显改变，差异均有极显著性（均为Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗前较对照组除左大脑后动脉的搏动指数无明显变化外（Ｐ＞０．０５），其余各参数均有明显改变，差异均有显著性或极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后与正常对照组比较各参数均无明显改变，差异均无显著性（均为Ｐ＞０．０５）。对ＨＩＥ病儿脑动脉血流速检测的意义进行探讨。The cerebral blood flow velocity in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)was measured before and after treatment and compared with that in the normal control group.The results sh wed that all the parameters changed significantly after the treatment as compared with those before the treatment(P<0.01).Before treatment,all the parameters in HIE newborns were significantly different from those in the normals(P<0.05 or P<0.01)except those in LPCA(P>0.05).Following the treatment they changed so that the differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).The significance of the measurements are discussed.
