创伤愈合海绵促进新生儿脐部愈合临床研究（附200例分析）

摘　　要：探讨创伤愈合海绵（简称海绵）促进新生儿脐部愈合的效果．随机选择２００例正常新生儿做实验组，产后２０～４８ｈ，从脐根部剪除脐带，放置海绵，并随机选择３１例正常新生儿做对照，不放海绵。结果：实验组脐部干燥、清洁，愈合时间平均为６．９７±１．９０ｄ，对照组脐部湿润，粘滞，愈合平均时间为１２．１３±３．９８ｄ．Ｐ＜０．００１。证实海绵有明显防止感染，促进脐部愈合的功能，无毒付作用，使用简便。The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyse the effect of the 'Healing Sponge' on the beating of new born baby's cord. Two hundred cases of normal newborn babies were randomly chosen to be the test group, During 20-48 hours after delivery, the remains of the cord was taken off trom the bosom of the cord.Then the 'Healing Sponge' wes put on. The result was that: in the test group the cords were dry and clean. The healing time was 6. 97± 1. 90 days. In the control group, the cords were wet and sticky, the average healing time was 12. 13± 3. 98 days P<0. 001. It indicated that 'the healing sponge' had played an important role in preventing infection and promoting the healing of the cords. No side-effect was discovered. The usage of the Healing Sponge is easy and simple.
