摘  要:对从野外采集的13枚藏雪鸡卵进行种卵品质检测,并采用电孵化机人工孵化。结果测得藏雪鸡卵的平均大小为纵径62.9±0.52mm,横径43.4±0.09mm;试验一组7枚卵(已野外孵化了17天),卵重平均为58.8±1.46g,试验二组6枚卵为62.8±2.17g;卵壳厚度平均为0.55±0.04mm,其重量平均为6.73±0.46g;雏鸡出壳重量平均为45.33±1.59g。对藏雪鸡卵孵化,温度控制在37.5-38℃间,湿度保持在55%-64%范围内,整个孵化期卵减重率达21%,人工孵化率为83.3%,受精率为92.3%,孵化期27d。Tibetan Snow Cock eggs collected from the original habitat were estimatedon the egg qulity and hatched artificially by using electric incubator. The average longitudinaland horizontal diameters of Tibetan Snow Cock eggs were 6 2.9±0.5 2mm and 4 3.4±0.09mm respectively. For group one, the average weight of 7 eggs,which have been alreadyhatched naturally for l7days,was 58.8± 1. 46g,the average weight of 6 eggs was 62.8±2.17g in group two. The average thickness and weight of the shell for 2 groups were 0. 55±0.04mm and 6.73±0. 46g respectively. The initial weight of the chicklings was 45. 33±1.59g。The results indicated that the incubation temperature should be controlled to a range between37,3℃ to 38℃,relative humidity held at 55%-64%。During the entire incubation period,thehaching egg weight decreased by 21%. The hatchability and fertility rate obtained from thisexperiment were 83.3%and 92.3%。The incubation period lasted 27 drys.
