青海藏羊血清淀粉酶多态性的研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对２４６只青海藏羊的血样进行了血清淀粉酶多态性的研究。结果发现：①藏羊的血清淀粉酶有三种同工酶：ＡＭＹ１，ＡＭＹ２和ＡＭＹ３，但只有ＡＭＹ２具有多态性；②ＡＭＹ２位点上存在ＡＭＹ２Ａ和ＡＭＹ２Ｏ两种表型，其表型频率分别为２５．６１％和７４．３９％；③根据绵羊ＡＭＹ２受一对等位基因ＡＭＹ２￣Ａ和ＡＭＹ２￣０的支配，ＡＭＹ２￣Ａ对ＡＭＹ２￣０呈显性的假说，其等位基因频率分别为０．１３７５和０．８６２５。The polymorphism of serum amylase was investigated in 246 blood samplescollected from Qinghai Tibetan-sheep by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Theresults were as follows:(1)There were three isozvmes of serum amylase:AMYI,AMY2 andAMY3,but onlv AMY2 existed the polymorphism in the Tibetan-sheep;(2)There were twophenotypes including AMY2 A and AMY2 0 on the locus of AMY2 and its frequencies ofphenotype were 25.6%and 74.39%resp.;(3)The frequencies of AMY2￣A and AMY2￣0 alleleswere 0.1375 and 0.8625 resp. on the basis of hypothesis that AMY2 was controlled by a pairof alleles and the AMY2￣A allele was dominant to AMY2￣0 allele.
