仰卧60°放大斜位等八位片对颈椎病诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：仰卧60°放大斜位等八位片多方位图象能对颈椎病的诊断提供大量信息，但应遵循可选择性、简便性、又能达到同样目的更具实际意义。对临床表现明显除常规位置外有时需选择辅助位置或造影法及CT扫描等综合检查的完整诊断技术。本文对八个体位各自意义作了详细讨论，为达到上述检查途径提供了有用的选择余地。We report eight position film which was enlargemental 60 oblique at supine position,orthophoric at head inclination20-25°and foot inclination 30°,hyperextension, hyperflexion,horizontal-lateral projectional film in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis,it was bene-ficial in determination the concealed lesion such as cervical vertebral process hyperplasia, hypertrophy, fracture, intervertebral foramen stenosis, of sagital diameter and cervical canal stenosis compared with routine X-Ray of orthophoric and lateral position.The projectional method of eight positional film of cervical spine was discussed in the paper.
