摘 要:担载型Fe_2O_3/ACDM催化剂用于甲醇转化反应的研究夏清华,陈国权,王清遐,王公慰(中国科学院大连化学物理研究所大连116012)关键词ZSM-5沸石,铁浸渍改性,甲醇转化,低碳烯烃,酸性在煤基甲醇制低碳烯烃的MTO过程的研究中,通常是对ZSM...Surface acidity,surface structure and catalytic activity of Fe_2O_3/ACDM zeolitecatalysts were studied using XRD,Py-IR,NH_3-TPD,Mossbauer-spectrum and MTOreaction. The results showed that calcination treatment didn’t influence the crystallinity ofHACDM zeolite,and impregnation treatment didn’t destroy the framework of the supporterzeolite. With increasing Fe content and higher calcination temperature,the following effectswere observed.(Ⅰ)Acidic sites and I_B/I_L value of zeolite surface decreased as shown by NH_3-TPD.(Ⅱ)The conversion rate of methanol and selectivity to light-olefins also decreased,but both of them were higher than those on H-ACDM, Besides,the results of Mossbauerspectra showed that Fe_2O_3,took part in MTO reaction,and was partly reduced to FeO.
