摘　　要：介绍了45层单塔蒸苯工艺中富油换热方式的改进情况。改进前后的生产操作数据表明,富油采用两段换热工艺后,由于进入管式炉前的富油温度由80～100℃提高到140℃,即使富油处理量增加,也可大幅度降低管式炉的热负荷,节省燃料和冷却水的耗量。The improvement on the mode of rich oil heat exchange in the benzol distillation process by the single tower with 45 layers is described. After using the two-stage heat exchnage of rich oil, because of the temperature of rich oil rising from 80～100℃ to 140℃ befor entering into a pipe still, the heat load of the pipe still can be greatly reduced and fuel and cooling water consumptions are saved even if the quantity of rich oil treatment is increased.
