摘 要:根据流体力学和炉内空气动力学的基本原理,分析了炉内冒正压的机理.提出对大空间、小炉拱的炉膛,只要保证炉膛出口在0~20Pa的负压时不会出现冒正压;对极低、长炉拱小空间炉膛是否出现冒正压现象的关键在于炉膛、炉拱结构和炉内的空气动力参数是否合理。同时提出防止措施。ased on the basic Principles of hydrodynamics and in-fUrnace aerodynarnics an analysis is made ofthe mechanism,of the occurrence of peitive-positive-preure in a boiler furnace. It has been proved that inthe case of a large-voume furnace with a small furnace arch the maintenance of a negative PressSure of0-20 Pa at the furnace outlet will Prevent the occurrence of a peitive Pressure. With resect to asmall-volume furnace with a very low and long furnace arch the positive Ptessutrc Can to a great ex tent be avoided through a proper furnace design and arch construction as well as in-furnace rationalaerodynamic diameters. The authors have also propoSed some countermeasures for the Ptevetion ofPositive Pressure in fire-bed boiler furnaces.
