摘  要:本文详细讨论了石墨电弧法人工合成巴基管的工艺,优化了工艺参数。通过HRTEM观察,探讨了巴基管的生长机制,认为其生长主要与碳原子微团簇有关,且强烈地受工艺参数影响。X射线结构分析表明,巴基管为密排六方晶体结构,c/a=2.786,相邻管间距为0.343nm。In this paper,the fabrication processes of buckytubules by operating an arc-electric graphite equipment were discussed in detail ,and the process parameters were optimized as wel.By HRTE M observation,the growth mechanism of the buckytubules were surveyed,and its growth was believed to relate to the carbon micro-clusters and severly infulenced by the process parameters. X-ray experimental results indicated that this kind of buckytube is a hexagonal close packed structure with c/a=2.786, the neighbour sheets of the tube are spearated by a distance of 0. 343nm.
