摘  要:万安水利枢纽主要建筑物的混凝土工程量为153万立方米,其中电站厂房44.43万立方米。万安枢纽的河床式厂房尺寸大,结构复杂。但厂房混凝土的裂缝却很少,其主要原因是针对厂房结构的特殊性采用了以下一系列温控防裂措施:(1)在尾水管大型钢筋混凝土框架结构中设置封闭块,以减少或消除施工期温度应力;(2)以错缝为主,辅以宽槽及灌浆缝;(3)厂房分块尺寸在15~17米左右;(4)混凝土薄层、短间歇上升;(5)风冷加冰拌和。施工实践表明,万安厂房设计所提温度控制标准和措施是正确的、成功的。The concrete volume of main structures of Wan'an Project amounts to 1. 53 million m3,of which 444.3 thousand m3 is used for powerplant. The structure of the powerplant,which is of river run type,is quite complicated and sizes of its members are comparatiVely large. However, there are a few of cracks in the powerplant concrete. This attributes to such faCt that to counter the structural features of powerplant,a series of temperatute control and cracking control measures are adopted: (1) in the reinforced concrete large -scale frames at the draft tUbes,the enclosed blocks are arranged to reduce or eliminate the thermal stresses during construction period; (2) taking the staggered joint as primary blocking type and Wide trench and grouted joint as secondary ones ; (3) to divide the powerplant into sections in 15-17 m in size; (4) concrete placing by thin lifts and short interval time ; (5) concrete precooled by air bloWer and iced mixing. The practice shows that 4hove temperature control standards and measures are Correct and effective.
