摘　　要：叙述了高效液相色谱法在侧链双酚合成产物分析中的使用条件及一些影响因素。试验表明，申醇和水的比例为１∶１（重量比）的混合物作流动相，柱温４０℃，利用Ｃ＿８反相柱可以对酚酮缩合反应体系进行分析，有较好的重复性和精度。n this work the effect of the consistent of mobile phase,flow rate and oven temperature on HPLC reso-lution and retention time was studied.It was showedby the experimental results that the reactiOn mixture ofcondensation of phenol to ketone could be separated and analyzed with good repeatability and high precision at40C with an RPC8(15Omm×mm i.d. )and a mobile phase of water and methanol(1 ∶1 by wt.)at 2mL/mm.
