摘 要:对玻璃池窑池壁、小炉口、流液洞、加料口等处的电熔锆刚玉砖侵蚀特征进行了研究。结果表明,碱性氧化物(Na2O)仍然是侵蚀的主要成分,玻璃中Na2O分解砖中莫来石,形成α—Al2O3和SiO2,Na2O把刚玉(α—Al2O3)转变成β-Al2O3,β-Al2O3在高温下由于碱的挥发,逐步溶解在玻璃中。Na2O和砖中Al2O3、SiO2结合形成低信点的新矿物—霞石,电熔锆刚玉砖就此而损毁。This paper researched the corrosion features of the fused zirconia corundum blocks which fixed in the tank wall,port mouth,throat,dog house of glass tank furnace.The results clearly showed that the basic oxide(Na2O) was the main component of the corrosion,Na2O in glass could decompose the mullite in brick to form α-Al2O3 and SiO2,and Na2O transformed the corundum into β- Al2O3. At high temperature, because of the volatiliy of alkali, β-Al2O3 progressively dissolved into the glass. Na2O could combine with Al2O3 and SiO2 of brick to form the eutectic mineral - nepheline,so that the fused zirconia corundum blocks were corroded away.
