摘　　要：本文列举了计算机管理信息系统的２种模式，认为分布式系统更适合多数企业目前的实际情况，供企业决策建立计算机管理信息系统时参考。This paper introduces two models of computer mangement information system and considers that the distribution type system still is suited to present situation of great numbers of enterprises.It can be referred for constituting computer management information system in enterprise。
