摘 要:用二维断层序列重建心脏三维立体图像是当前医学图像处理领域的重要研究课题,它对外科手术的计划与模拟以及临床诊断都很有用。以往的心脏三维重建多依赖于B超,采用由心尖部截取左室长轴断面的方法形成左心室三维图像,由于受B超图像清晰度和其他诸条件的限制,用这种方法形成的三维图像准确性难以提高。现用MRI断层形成左心室的三维图像,大大提高了图像的准确性,且不受诸多条件的限制,具有通用性强、可靠性高、占用微机内存少等优点。To reconstruct the 3-D image of the heart with 2-D slice image is a very important aspect in the field of medical image processing at present.It is very useful in the planning of surgery operation or simulation and diagnosis. In the past, the reconstruction of the 3-D image of the heart was obtained mostly by using of B-mode ultrasound instruments. With this method, the 3-D image of the left ventricle was formed by way of the slice image of the left ventricle at major axis at heart apical. Because of the low resolution and other restrictions of B-mode ultrasonoscore, the accuracy of the 3-D image obtained with this method can't be increased. In this thesis, we put forward a method to form the 3-D image of the left ventricle with MRI slice image.With this method, the accuracy can be increased significantly, and it isn't restricted by other conditions and it can be used in wide range. It has the advantage of high reliability and the programmes occupy relatively small memory of the computer.
