新生儿与母体红细胞胆固醇等8项指标相关性研究

摘　　要：应用相关分析法对１００名健康新生儿和母体、中亲的ＲＢＣ－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ２－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ３－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ、ＶＬＤＬ－Ｃ、ＴＣ、ＴＧ的水平进行了相关性研究。结果表明，新生儿与母体、中亲除ＴＧ呈不显著正相关外，其余７项指标均呈显著正相关（γ＝０．２０３～０．４６２，Ｐ＜０．００２～０．０５），这种相关性在不同性别、产次、体重的新生儿中无明显变化。提示遗传因素对新生儿ＲＢＣ－Ｃ等８项指标的水平有重要影响。Correlation analysis of the levels of RBC-C,HDL-C,HDL2-C,HDL3-C,LDL-C,VIDL-C,TC and TG between 100 healthy neonates and their mothers, their mid-parents was made.The results showed that the indexes mentioned above in neonates except TG were positively correlated with those both in their motherse and their mid-parents (r=0.203 0.462, P<0.002～0.05).No changes of this correlation were found in neonates of different sexes, Farities and tody weights.The results indicate that the genetic factor has an important influence on RBC-C and other seven lipids levels.
