摘 要:应用三因子二次通用旋转组合设计,研究了氮、磷、钾肥配合施用对辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:氮、磷、钾配合施用对辣椒产量有明显的影响,试验结果达到了极显著水平,氮与磷;氮与钾,磷与钾对产量的互作效应为正的显著水平,配施后有相互增效作用。磷、钾可显著提高辣椒维生素C的含量,氮肥的作用较小,在本试验条件下,获得辣椒高产优质高效益的优化配方为纯N9.97~11.35kg/亩,P2O25.99~7.43kg/亩,K2O6.73~7.59kg/亩。The effects of nitrogenous, phosphate and potash fertilizer combinations on the yield and quality of hot pepper were studied by the design of three factors and two-order general rotation combinations. The results showed that the effect of nitrogenous, phosphate and potash fertilizer combination on the yield of hot pepper was obvious, and up to significant level (P<0.01 ). The mutual effects of nitrogenous and phosphate, nitrogenous and potash, and phosphate and potash on yield of hot pepper were all positively higher than that of the single fertilizer. Phosphate and potash can significantly increase the content of Vc in hot pepper. Under the experiment condition, the best combination which can make hot pepper gain high yield, good quality and high economic effects was N 9. 97~11. 35kg/mu, P2O55. 99~7.43kg/mu and K2O6.73 ~7. 5 gkg/mu.
