摘　　要：手术室的消毒工作是否合格，与能否减少或杜绝术后感染的发生有直接的关系。手术室的消毒工作是一个系统工程，从手术室的环境位置、高度确定、土建设计、房间布局、装修材料，到手术设施的选用和布置、消毒技术的采用、消毒制度的制订和执行、医护人员的消毒观念等，必须从手术室的特殊性出发，科学处理，认真对待，才能做好手术室的消毒工作。It is absolutely essential to disinfect an operating room thoroughly. It is closely concerned with decrease or complete removal of chances of postoperative infection. Disinfection of an operating room is a systematic project as a whole; It is necessary to consider such problems consciously and carefully as the suitable location of the operating room in a hospital, its height, architectural design, arrangement of rooms and decoration materials used, selection and stored site of equipment for operation, application of disinfection techniques, formulation and careful implement of the rules and regulation for disinfection, disinfection idea of medical workers, etc. If the problems mentioned above are completely solved,the disinfection work can be said to be done better.
