光栅单色仪远波段杂散光的抑制

摘　　要：本文讨论了引起光栅单色仪杂散光的原因,重点分析了以Ⅳ型凹面光栅单色仪为例的远波段杂散光产生的因素,并提出抑制杂散光的措施。最后分析比较了改进前后的单色仪杂散光的测试结果及给出了改进后的单色仪在弱光谱实验中的应用效果。This paper introduced the factors which cause stray light in grating monochromators, and discussed far wave-range stray light in Ⅳ holographic grating monochromators. The methods for suppressing stray light are suggested. In this paper, the measurement results are analysed and compared for the stray light in the improved monochromators. The using effects of the improved monochromators in optical spectrum experiments are given.
