摘  要:本实验采用形态与功能相结合的方法,观察分析糖尿病大鼠及其加饲动脉粥样硬化饮食大鼠主动脉的形态学变化。结果表明,实验性糖尿病对饲动脉粥样硬化饮食大鼠主动脉病变的形成无阻碍作用,而且能增加其病变发生的敏感性。同时认为,脂质代谢紊乱以及血清过氧化脂质异常可能与糖尿病时血管病变的形成密切相关。Fifty-four adult male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups, group 1 -normal, group 2- DM; group 3- atherogenic diet and group 4- DM, atherogenic diet rats.After 12 weeks,all animals were sacrificed.The radioimmune and biochemical data obtained showed significant decrease in plasma insulin and significant increase in blood glucose in group 2,4. The blood levels of TC, TG, B- lipoprotein and LPO were increased but those of HDL were significantly decreased in group 2,3,4. Under SEM. TEM,several ultrastructural characteristics of primary atherogenic findings of aorta were observed in group 2,3,4,including irregular arrangement and bizarre shape of endothelial cells; crater-like defects and myointimal thickening with medial SMC migration towards and into the intima. While the changes in group 4 were more extensive and severe, even hill-like lesion and large number of adhering leukocytes were seen. Some of these leukoeytes seemd to be migrating into the vascular wall. These results confirm that experimental diabetes with low insulin, hyperglycemia and disturbed fat metabolism is a risk factor to the aortic wall as it accelerates the formation of atherosclerosis in atherogenic diet fed animals.
