摘 要:为探讨高浓度铜具有促进猪生长的作用机理,我们采用不同浓度(125—220ppm)高铜日粮,饲喂大约克×山西黑F1代猪,对不同的生长、发育阶段一些生化指标进行测试分析。结果是:高浓度(150ppm)铜日粮对红血球数量无明显的影响;当提高饲料铜含量达220ppm时,10~30kg和60~90kg阶段的猪血液中血红蛋白明显下降(p<0.01);随铜摄入量的不断增加,血清铜含量明显增加,但无线性关系;高铜试验组血清α2—球蛋白显著高于对照组(p<0.05);肝铜蓄积量随饲料含铜量的增加而有提高的趋势,但可以通过其它元素的平衡而保持肝功能正常。The blood bichemical parameters of F_1 pigs(crossed between Yorkshire and Shanxi Black)have been analyzed at different stages to study the effect of high concentration copper feed on pig's growing.The results showed:1)Feed of high concentration copper did not effect erythrocyte content of pigs.2)The hemoglobin content of blood of pigs significantly decreased(p<0.01)with the increase of copper concentration in pig feed(up to 220ppm)at satges of 10 to 30kg and 60 to 90kg of pig's weight.3)The serum copper concentration correspondingly increased with the increase of copper concentration of feed, but there was no significantly linear correlation between them.4)The α_2-serumglobulins contents of pigs fed with high concentration feed were significantly higher thant that of pigs fed with check feed.5)The content of store copper in liver of pigs was tended to increaes with the ingestion of feed in high concentration copper, but the liver fuction could keep normal by balance of other elements.
