山西瘦肉型猪新品系（SD—I系）C带分带核型分析

摘　　要：经对ＳＤ—Ｉ系染色体Ｃ－带分带核型分析和带纹的量化记述、观察到Ｃ－带的分带规律，即在足够的碱处理条件下，每条染色体均可显带。但当处理低于这一水平时，尽管处在同一的处理条件下，各Ｃ－带并非同时显带。一般情况下各Ｃ－带发生在着丝点处，带形为圆形，仅ｙ染色体的Ｃ－带发生在染色体的长臂，带形为椭圆形。文章中对其Ｃ－带的多态性进行了分析。From the result of the C-band karyotype of the pig strain (SD-1), and the C-band coordinate measure description. Observed the regularity of the C-banded that under the enough banded treatment each chromosome could appear out its C-band, when the treatment was lower than this level, although in the same condition, the c-bands of each chrolosoml were not appeared out at same time. All the C-band appeared out at the position of the centromere with the shape of the band was circular except the C-band of the y chromosome at the longer arm with the shape was ellipse. About the C-band distinct polymorphism of the SD-1 were amalysed in this paper.
