摘 要:对8个番茄品种分别在种子发芽期用番茄早疫病粗毒素和在苗期用病原菌孢子人工接种进行了抗性鉴定和抗性植株筛选。结果表明,不同番茄品种对粗毒素的抗性与对病原菌的抗病性明显相关,用粗毒素鉴定的成活率与用病原菌孢子接种鉴定的病情指数的相关系数为r=-0.845,其绝对值大于r0.01=0.834,达极显著水平。用粗毒素筛选出的抗性植株经人工接种病原菌孢子进行抗病性鉴定表明均属抗病。因此,可用致病毒素在种子发芽期进行抗病性鉴定和抗病植株的筛选。Identifications of resistance to early blight(Altermaria solani)were carried out among 8 tomato varieties using crude toxin at germination stage and inoculating spores on seedlings,respectively.The results showed that the resistance to crude toxin of varieties was significantly related to the resistance to the disease. The correlation coefficient(r)between the rate of survived seeds from crude toxin and infection index of inoculating spores on seedlings was -0.845,and because of |r|>r0.01=0.834,so it is more significant.Most of the plants survived from crude toxin indicated resistance to the disease.Therefore,resistant plants can be obtained by selection using toxin at germination stage.
