单糖气相色谱图用于方形黄鼠蚤亚种分类的研究

摘  要:本文利用气相色谱法对方形黄鼠蚤四个亚种雌雄成虫的单糖组分进行了测定。结果显示四个亚种在单糖的组分和百分含量上具有一定差别,其中雌虫在15个组分上有区别,雄虫在18个组分上有区别。此外,雌虫在组分24和26的含量上,四个亚种之间均具有显著性差异;雄虫在组分5的含量上,四个亚种之间均具有显著性差异。雌虫中有25个组分是四个亚种所共有的,其中包括14个含量较高的主要组分,雄虫中有21个组分是四个亚种所共有的,其中包括11个含量较高的主要组分。本研究证实了四个亚种的存在,同时也说明气相色谱法在蚤类亚种分类上具有一定应用价值。he gas chromatographic profiles of monosaccharides in adults ofCitellophilustesquorum between different subspecies were described. Thesubspecies studied are C,t.sungaris(Jordan, 1929),C. t. mongolicus(Jotdan Rothschild, 1911),C.t. altaicus (Ioff,1936) and C. t.dzety-suensis(Mikulin, 1951).The composition and contents in percentageof monosaccharides were different in the four subspecies. There existeddefinite differencein 15components of monosaccharides of the femalesand 18 of themales. Besides, the significant differences were alsoexisted in t he contents oftwo components (peaks 24 and 26)of thefemales and one(peak 5 ) of the males in thefour subspecies. Therewere 25 common conponents in the females and 21 in the males of thefour subspecies. According to these results and consulting other studies,it is considered that the four subspecies of Citellophilus tesquorum shouldbe established in China.
