摘 要:本文用免疫细胞化学PAP法,观察了大白鼠输精管神经肽(NPY)样免疫反应神经元。NPY样免疫反应神经元位于大白鼠输精管粘膜固有层内。免疫反应细胞体多为椭圆形,少数圆形。免疫反应产物呈颗粒状分布于细胞质中。讨论了NPY与去甲肾上腺素共存于大白鼠输精管组织中的去甲肾上腺素能神经元中及其相互生理作用。The distribution of immunoreactive NPY in vas deferens in rats was observed, using immuno-peroxidase techniques. NPY immunoreactive neurons were observed in the lamina propria of vas deferens. Most of the cell bodies were oval, with a few round in shape. NPY-immunoreactive material appeared as grannules distributed widespreadly within the cytoplasm. NPY was stored together with noradre-naline, a traditional neurotransmitter, in the noradrenergic neurons of vas deferens in rats, and these could interact to regulate the sympathetic functions. The present results confirm that NPY immunoreactivity is present in vas deferens in rats and support the evidence that NPY can cause an inhibition of electrically induced contractions of vas deferens in rats.
