摘  要:近年来在挤出吹膜领域内取得了许多新的进展:对吹膜用螺杆进行了较多的研究与开发,尤其是LLDPE吹膜;机筒进料段开槽对吹膜有良好的效果;齿轮泵能有效地消除挤出波动和改善熔体流动情况,对吹膜很有利;从理论与实践上对螺旋芯棒吹膜机头进行了较多的研究,提高了机头性能;开发了许多新的膜泡冷却、折叠、定径及卷取装置;还提出了一些新的工艺技术。本文就上述方面的进展情况作题录式的系统介绍。New advances on the blown film extrusion were made in the last years. Studies and developments had been carried out on blown film screws, especially on LLDPE blown film. The grooving in the feed zone on the barrel had a good result for blown film. The extrusion pulsation could be eliminated and the melt flow be improved by gear pump for blown film. Theoretical and experimental analyses were made on the spiral mandrel blown film die, and the performance was improved. New bubble cooling, collapsing, sizing and winding equipments were developed, and a new processing technique had been proposed.
