摘  要:本文讨论了有机氟加工助剂对LLDPE吹膜工艺和性能的影响。结果表明,在通用的LDPE吹膜设备上,不经设备改造,口模间隙为0.8mm条件下,可以用掺有有机氟加工助剂的LLDPE来生产薄膜。在生产过程中不产生熔体破裂现象,挤出温度要比未加助剂的低10~20℃,因此降低了能耗。产量比未加助剂者提高36%。有机氟助剂对薄膜的物理机械性能无影响,而且其性能指标远远超过包装用PE膜的国家标准。经试验确定,有机氟助剂的浓度以250ppm为宜。The effects of organic fluoride processing aid on the processing technology and performance Of LLDPE blown film was discussed. The results indicated that the LLDPE blown film could be produced on common LDPE film blowing equipment without any remaking, at 0.8mm die gap. Compared with no processing aid added, the production capacity of the film could be increased by 36%, extrusion temperature was 10~20℃ lower and there was no melt fracture. The physical and mechanical properties of the film surpassed the state standard for PE film. It was rotund a concentration of 250 ppm of the organic fluoride processing aid was appropriate.
