摘　　要：血清硒含量是人体硒营养状态的指标之一。建立中、老年人的血清硒正常值对研究硒和疾病的关系有重要意义。本文应用中子活化分析法（ｉｎｓｔｒｕｍｅｎｔａｌｎｅｕｔｒｏｎａｃｔｉｖａｔｉｏｎａｎａｌｙｓｉｓ，ＩＮＡＡ）对上海地区３０２名健康中、老年知识分子和干部的血清硒进行测定。结果表明，中、老年人血清硒值无显著性别差异。４５岁以上血清硒有随年龄上升而下降的趋势。Serum Se level is one of the important indicators of human nutritional status. Determination of normal serum Se level in middle-aged and elderly people is highly significant in investigating the relationship between Se and diseases. The serum Se levels were assayed by instrumental neutron activation analysis in 302 healthy subjects.Results showed that the Se levels tend to decrease as the age advances in individuals over 45 years and there is no significant difference between males and femals.
